I try to unlock Bootloader to nokia 4.2 in android 10, in fastboot mode but it does not detect it and the driver on the pc is correct (Android Bootloader Interface) ... how can I solve this?

if you have Hisuite/Xiaomi PC Suite... etc installed, you need uninstall
after this. Download X-HMD Tool

• Open .exe
• Select Nokia tab
• UnlockBoot
• "Phone oem on and Fastboot Mode"
