However, I was wondering, might you the Nokia 8 TA-1004 ISP or JTAG points by any chance?
I tried looking around and only Test Points were available but I can't seem to find anything on ISP

I ask because I actually have a spare/broken Nokia 8 TA-1004 that I can possibly lend to someone to do R&D

I understand, but I have waited many years and no-one has done ISP for Nokia 8 TA-1004.
Might you know anyone who can do it perhaps?
