Hello everyone today in my shop come Nokia C12 Pro TA-1562 with hang on logo condition then i try many Action but still Hang On LOGO

i was this action but still Hang On LOGO

i am try format via unlock tool but this error coming check here:Sending FDL2... FAIL Protocol : No response from device!

Note:Mobile not entering in Recovery Mode

so anyone have Latest Firmware Please Give Me For Solve My Problem
