UFi NOKIA LUMIA 535 RM-1089 data recovery

Hello friends,
I have an old lumia 535 rm-1089 cpu shorted,so i need to recovery data.
I did a chip off and took off Samsung emmc BGA162.I used UFI BOX with socket and tool recognize emmc correctly,but i cannot browse user data because the file system feature it’s greyed out.how can i resolve this problem?

Ok update,phone has windows ntfs file system,so i ended up by read user partitions with UFI BOX,saved 2 raw image files,one MainOS,and other named DATA.Finally i used R-Studio software to recovery binary images,now i have all the Root files and folders.
I don’t know why but it seems thst UFI cannot browser file system directly from interface software.Maybe someone could explain why this?
