Chimera Nokia Lumia 640 LTE RM-1072 - How to connect to Chimera for procedures?

Got a bunch of old Nokia Lumia 640 LTE RM-1072

Trying to use procedures like Get Info and software repair. Chimera software sees the phone but no connection to start procedures. Drivers installed from utilities.

How to connect? Tried volume down and insert USB but no luck. I'm using a Windows 10 PC

Dear User,

As we can see the last successful Get Info and Update Firmware operations ran on this model was back in 2024 September.
This suggests that there was a new security patch released for these phones, which made our solutions incompatible with it.
Unfortunately we don't have a solution compatible with these phones currently.
