hello guys i got problem with nokia 6.1 it's about software i turn on the phone apear android one logo sometime they turn off at that logo sometime at nokia logo after security update 2k19 that problem started to apear,i can not turn the phone on and can not turn on developer mode,tryd everythin and i just can not solve the problem,what should i do,treid in services they can not solve the problem,sry for bad englis prduct id is

Since your problem is software, u have to find the correct latest firmware for your device!
Please post the full phone model in the below link in order to get the correct latest firmware!
