  • This method doesn't work — I already tried it. You need to enable Developer Options for it to work. I even tried placing the file on the SD card, but it still didn’t help. Did you try it yourself?
I heard about this method around 15 days ago and gave it a try back then. It required opening the Local Update option, but it didn’t work. I even tried again after doing a factory reset, but still had no success.
Second
  • We need an Anti-Rollback downgrade file. some available some not

Yes u can enable USB debug. Oem unlock won't work.
If not works, it may be patched in higher builds or it may be patched in some models.
It not means, "doesn't works" for every builds.

Got it.

Yeah, USB debugging can be enabled, but as I mentioned, I tested it on Nord CE 4 Lite (V15), and it seems like the method is patched on that build. It didn’t work in my case — Developer Options didn’t even open.

I also tried the SD card method, but that didn’t help either. The Local Update option wasn’t available.

So you're right — it might still work on some models or older builds, but definitely not universal. Some models don’t even have a downgrade file available, which makes it harder to roll back. Would be great if anyone else could confirm which versions it's still working on.
