PROCEDURE:
-off the phone.
-open mrt software.
-choose the right model.
-then hit FORMAT/UNLOCK. then connect phone to pc., while holding volume up and down. wait to phone turn on green screen. then release all key.
-wait for a couple of a minute. then boom. format done. restart the phone manually. then ask for the payment.
