p30 pro no upgrade mode after try to flash it

hello
i try to downgrade p30 pro vog-l29 by mrt dongle but i get error in system writing
know i get a breaked p30 pro
no upgrade mode
and it not found the instalation package in erecovery so any idea how to fix it

Press the + and - button and connect the cable to the computer
If it does not work, turn off the phone, press the + button, and the power button and continue until the phone enters the recovery mode. Then, choose Restart to flash mode.
Try antenna update
Or, put an update on the SD card or otg and press the + and - and the power button
If the same problem remains, lift the phone's info and a picture of the problem
