Dear User,

Yes it is supported, please do the process again, after the method is finished check if the Factory Reset starts automatically or not, if not, then please do that manually and just after try to boot up the device.

Thanks for replsy...i do same steps...and after done...phone make factory reset..but after that...phone still locked id...
