Hello,
From Nand Test above, seems the user area of your emmc is already damage, it can't passed read and write test,
so you have to replace the chip with new one.
You can try using direct write stock rom to new eMMC via Factory Image Tab in Ufi eMMC Toolbox if you don't have dump or backup files.
