Hi i sold one ufi box today in pakistan he is using in pakistan but might be he used vpn
he got this error when he try to register his box
UFI country policy has been locked to specific country, please contact your dealer to fix the issue !
can i post sn here to resolve his problem publickally ?

sned me pm serial number I will check once where the problem
