It mostly KG lock issue. The EUB mode do not work on KG locked devices.
But... you can try easy solution about you:

Read well thread here. Update you phone to Android 14 bit 9 = A145MUBS9CXL1 and after this start the phone until initial screen. Power it down and put it back to download mode. Full flash phone again not till Android 15 with same bit 9, for example A145MUBU9DYG6 with all 4 or 5 files as is writen in Free Gift From Martview Forum - SAMSUNG ANDROID 15 FRP REMOVE SOLUTION FREE ...

Driver in oct frp folder/download from oct site or install chimera tool driver

It was no KG or anything like that. I just upgrade to android 15 and FRP its gone. I haven't found any good tutorial on how to remove FRP in EUB mode using octoplus. So far I paid Octoplus license for nothing.
