Chimera Problem with Kirin 710 phone's fonctions

Hello team

I have problem with 3 different models with kirin 710 (SNE-LX1 , MAR-LX1, POT-LX1)

All operations failed at step as showed in pic

I reinstall all drivers (via chimera and hisuite )

What's wrong please ?
