Problem with mrt and oppo devices

Hi Mrt Dongle i have mrt dongle and itry to reset password from new oppo devices not done and give me failed .. and others box's and dongle same problem .....
but all devices only done by umt box ithink its drivers problem but what i do to solved

install lib usb, and start lib usb, and put mtk port in lib usb and select, then run process in mrt...
