To get help or answer you dont need to make double post or repport post there is Stuff Team and memeber wich try to help you if is know
For your trouble i mean that is 2 sollution 1. Disable AV and Firewall try again maybe is blocking something 2. SFT server wich is using for activation and registration have some issue so you can only try later

Dear Sir,
SFT black dongle eol and replace with new sft white dongle with smart card, therefore no more update release to sft black dongle anymore.
