There's no possible pinout as far as I know, because CPU and EMMC are connected through hidden buses behind PCB, so the only way is to remove EMMC and RW via external adapter. Other possible method is to scrape the PCB until the bus are exposed and wire it, but need to be very careful to not cut off bus line.. personally I remove emmc and almost all of them work
