Help Redmi 8 [Olive] - EMT Exception while sending loader

Hi:

Trying to do some basic operation (Read Information) with a Xiaomi Redmi 8 [olive] in EDL mode. The EMT app crashes while sending the loader...

I already tried, to no avail:

• Disable NOD32 Antivirus
• Qualcomm provided drivers
• Each of the 3 options referring to the connection mode (EDL/9008...) which I don't understand which is the difference

This is a Windows 7 system (64 bits)... Attached is the screenshot at the moment of the exception...

Any help would be appreciated and feel free to ask anything that may be needed

Others things I tried:

• Install the vcredist.exe from the Tools folder
• Check the status of Find Device: OFF
• Disable the threat algorithms of the Antivirus
• Disable the real time protection of the Antivirus
• Execute the tool as Administrator

What else could I try? I also saw the post with an error related on:
emtool has dtoped

The EMT team has not yet proposed a solution. Everything they write about does not help. And no one found a solution. In fact, I just can’t use the product until the problem is solved!

p/s: if you problem not solve yet, waiting team fix this problem please or you can try run emt on new os, its will working sure.
