Does anyone know of a way to bypass mi account on Xiaomi Mi Note 10, or at least unlock the bootloader? I have an authorized Mi Account able to boot into EDL mode available.

Good, if you have the find device on, it is not going to be able to make it official or non-official, you will have to do it by server.
The only problem is that it is activated in the USA, and I have been told that it is impossible to unlock it there.

Good, so then what you have left or at the moment only solution to do it by emmc, if you have tools to do it or take it somewhere that they know how to do it, I am very sorry not to be able to offer you another type of better help or other alternatives.
