Remove Retail Demo from OPPO R11 and OPPO A73/A78

Hi

I have a oppo R11 and a A73 which have the retail demo on which I did not know when I was buying locally from a person.

I tries to use the GsmMarhaba Demo Reset.apk to do the reset but still I cannot remove the retail demo mode

Please help ...
