DTPro RMO-NX1 Repair Network Error

After ImeI Repair of RMO-NX1 Repair Network i face this error again & again. i successfully downgrade but after downgrade same error.

please help how to solve this problem. Thanx Team.

Please install Vcredist package - Net Framework
- Turn off antivirus or Windows Defender
- Run as admin...

This error is because something is blocking the Module..
but it is a problem with your Operating System..

make sure the device qulcomm com port number is lower than 254....if higher change it
