Sales team not resolving issue.

Greetings,

Mr Blang ,the reason for directly posting here is, it's been more than a month sales team replies after a week and half and ask me to send photo of old card,for transfer of Activation , I sent them in the first place more than everything required,but as old card not have serial number printed I made a video with box connected with pc and showed serial from software. But they just ask to send old box photo again and again.And now that sucks.as if they just dont want to resolve.

I can't do video call or whatever necessary.but kindly resolve my issue.
