Samsung A3000, A5000, A7000, A8000, A7100, C5000 ETC Unlock Bootloader & Install Google Gapps

I am using samsung A7000 (no play store services) running on android 6.0.1
i have this process but it does not work .what should I do ?

A8000 seems to be unlocked through crom app but in DM crom lock seems its ON

Procedure:

​

1. Download CROM App and install in hand set.
2. Run the app and unlock your bootloader.
3. After done flash supported Custom Recovery TWRP/CWM for you phone.
4. Write google gapps via Custom Recovery TWRP/CWM.
