Cheetah Tool Samsung A32 4G SM-A325F after financial unlock still is locked

Hi I do financial unlock and pay 2 credits and special for this operation I buy your activation.
But not work
after financial unlock phone still got information that is locked because of payment.
After operation I write to the phone same bit firmware that is info on the end but not help.
Still after connect to wifi and bypass welcome creator phone is locked again with pop-up screen about payment.
What are next step to fix this phone?

I write to phone firmware A325FXXU2BVF1 and after this Brom mode is locked and the Financial lock comes back to phone.
Now got locked Brom mode and information on the phone screen that this phone is locked because payment not made.
And can't do anything then we got a further understanding of what is permanent and what is not.
Any solution? Maybe writing to phone lower U2 firmware should help or after Brom mode locked with testpoint(phone not turn on in brom mode with testpoint anymore) nothing more can do?
