I’m sharing a new Windows tool called Samsung CSC Changer, designed to safely change CSC (Country / Carrier Code) on Samsung devices without root and without tripping Knox.
1. Read Device Info (MTP / ADB)
• Detects device via MTP or ADB
• Reads current CSC and active CSC features in one click
2. Smart CSC Selection
• Shows only compatible CSC codes for your device
• Feature icons for each CSC (Call Recording, Samsung Pay, VoLTE, etc.)
• Warning indicators for CSCs with limitations or possible data wipe
• Click any CSC to preview all supported features
3. Safe CSC Change
• No root required
• Knox remains 0x0 (warranty safe)
• Supports latest Android / One UI versions
• Uses multiple backend servers for better reliability
4. Future-Proof Updates
• No need to reinstall the tool for new features
• CSC databases update inside the app
(Help & Support → Check Updates)

• Some CSCs may require data wipe depending on the device
• The tool shows a warning before applying such CSCs
• Always back up important data
