Hi there i would like any information on how to access or download the support files on SFT DONGLE
I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP .

hi there thanks for your response however i didnt see any information concerning how to access the files on the support page
i updated now i am getting an error about msvcr220.dll missing .
will have to install the programme again

Reinstall the program and try again
I did not understand what you mean by the support page
page sftdongle
fix DLL erreur and instal Visual C ++ Redistributable and try

what i mean by support page is when i open sft dongle and clack on main menu
scroll down to support click on it i not seeing no files or firmware to download
from a server .

my problem is whenever i click on support i only getting CLIENT PC NAME : DESKTOP
