Sigma Key says firmware does not match the phone. This is before I even connect the phone so it can't possibly know that. This is Qualcomm with Huawei and diag checked with plug in powered off device and upon loading UPDATE.APP it says firmware does not match phone. It gives that error whether connected or not connected. Can anybody help with this ?
