Help Smart-Card/Dongle/Box update problems and solutions

Dear Sirs,

If you have a problem with your Box/Dongle Smart-Card please copy/paste here text given by Infinity DongleManager software.

• Copy/paste ONLY TEXT but not pictures and/or video !
• Do not update your Smart-Card many times to avoid permanent Smart-Card damage !

- If you have Card-Reader Type FT SCR2000 you should use special Card-Reader Drivers - CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files - Index of pub/drivers/

- If you have DITS CCID Smart Card Reader you should use another Card-Reader because this Card-Reader may damage your Smart-Card permanently !

- For today best results gives Alcor Card-Readers.

reboot PC
reinstall smart-card drivers
try to insert smart-card into another card-reader (dongle)
