Help STK-L21 tespoint not working Using Harmony Aka Modified cable EMUI 12

I have Y9 prime 2019 STK-L21 Android version 12 EMUI version 12. I want Write CERT. But it's testpoints is disabled. first I check that it's usb connection is right. when I turn on the device it connected transfer files, shows hisuit & manufacture ports on device manager means thats it's usb connection is okay. I searched & find that emui version 12 disable the testpoints so I make the harmony cable it connected & show ports on Mobile power on condition. but when I turn off the phone and connect the cable & testpoint it doesn't shows anything. nothing no port. I thought may be modified cable is not working anymore. so I bought harmony cable from market & repeat the process. but from that cable it also shows nothing.
I downgrade EMUI version 12 to 10 but testpoint with modified cable doesn't work. so that's why I try to find this solution on youtube, forums & telegram but nothing find anything worthy.

Kindly anyone have the solution tell me.

You should check the cable in different ports and on a different computer. In the device manager, you will need to see the COM 1 Port, if you see it you can try repairing the device with Chimera. And also, try to put back the EMUI 12 firmware that you had originally.
