UFi UFI-UFS BUS Connection issue

I have problem, and can't solve it by myself... i activated box successfully but when i try to replace UFS on phone i meet with a problem... UFI-UFS Box is make only one action with chip and stop respond after it... i try'd to use various chips (chips i use, is a new, from warehouse), i try 3 various PC reinstall soft, install clean Windows, disable Windows defender, disable Windows firewall, install drivers from various versions of UFI software, replace usb calble , used various ports versions (3.0 3.1 2.0) ... i try'd to find answer on forum.... but have no succeseed, i only find one more person with same problem ( HERE ) ... PLEASE HELP.... may be this a hardware issue ? there's a video i make about my problem... V_20220208_193804_ES6.mp4 for now i partially solved it pressing reset on UFI-UFS box after every action i make... but it a VERY uncomfortable ... so seems i must temporally return to easy-jtag box i really long time waited when you release UFS box version becouse i ENJOY by you'r UI so now it's a little .... ehm... disappointing

We don't know when the update will come.Update will come very soon, you just have to be a little more patient.You already know that some bugs are coming in ufi ufs. That's why it is taking so long for the update to come.
