I don't know if this will be lepful, but I had a similar problem in the past and my solution was pretty simple. I contacted T-Mobile customer support service and they were able to help me. Contacts can be easily found here Metro by TMobile Customer Service Phone Number (888) 863-8768, Email, Help Center, there are even several options from which you can choose. T-Mobile is a big and well-established provider and their tech support specialists encounter dozens of issues every day, I am sure they wil be able to help you too.
