Vivo Y28e 5G Android 15 Dead After Format UFI Box

Vivo Y28e 5G Android Security Patch October 2025 , I Format using UFI box in "Vivo Master Clear " then choose "wipe app & data" process done but mobile won't turn on.
Only Preloder port Connecting and disconnected automatically continuously.

Please Help
