Hi kirumira , as I mentioned in my previous response, we’re actively working on a better long-term solution to overcome the limitations posed by different Windows versions. In the near future, we’ll be launching a new platform that will allow you to access the UFI Box software from any device you own — regardless of the operating system. For now, we recommend using Windows 11 version 23H2 or Windows 10, as these versions are fully supported and stable with the current UFI software.
