I tried to erase frp and then erase account but phone still has account present when I connect wifi

re-input Mobile Battery...
then connect usb to computer....

Before unlock make sure wifi off and try without sim, this problem face find my phone on

frp can not erase too ,it can not bypass frp
if connet wifi = mi cloud active if find on
no wifi can not bypass google no need pc so can not use next vpn lock
after find some info , unlocktool for erase frp next vpn or chimera unlock bootloader and flash
any other way ,thx you
