Same thing here when trying to flash K20 Pro. Already tried couple times and same error each time, but Xiaomi service is marked as online.

Expensive and not working, great experience so far.

Somehow i was able to flash K20 Pro today. This time it authorized correctly and firmware was flashed. I used all 3 attempts on this one, first one froze near the end. Second - this MIUI can't be installed on this device, and 3rd (china firmware) finally worked. At least i have a booting phone but still need to wait for bootloader unlock to be able to flash global fw.

No idea, maybe some connectivity or sever issues. Have you tried it again today?
