Need to unlock cellphone(Verizon). I have 2 identical cellphones Samsung Xcover 6 PRO with identical software (1 cellphone is unlocked). When I connect an unlocked phone - the status support is Ok, but when I connect locked phone - the status support is Fail, and "Your account is not registered. Please register to access available services". What can I do ? Thanks
