Nokia Keypad Not Working Solution Missing Point From Main IC

I'll show you how to repair Nokia keypad phone's keypad problem. if you have a Nokia phone and its all keypad ways are ok but still, some buttons are missing and not working. it means the problem is on your phone's main ic or there are some points are missing on the phone's PCB.
You must need to repair your phone's PCB missing points to fix its keypad not working problem.
1st of all check all keypad ways if all are ok then remove the phone's main IC 2nd repair PCB missing points.
3rd Reball your phone's main IC.
4th Apply your phone's main IC on the phone's PCB.
5th Everything will be done and your phone's keypad will work properly.

Thanks for video. What temperature do you use so that it does not damage stencils. My stencils become bent after reballing . Probably because of high temeperature i use.Thanks

U can use 300° heart & air 20 also use better quality setencils like amoe.
