Thats a "BSOD" Blue Screen Of Death, it appears that when you connect the device in your Laptop it finds the correct/exact driver of the device that you tried to connect in..try to update or use the latest driver of the mobile model..after you update the driver...connect it again via usb cable and do the process in "Format (Unlock)" the device in MRT key functions...

-> Yes, unfortunatelly you must install first libUSB, before you open or setup MRT key possible just use the latest version of MRT key v5.52.

I USE mrt dongle and itry with nck its DONE via META MODE with libUSB.

Click Next, wait for the pop up windows, Select you connected device and Click INSTALL
