DTPro Nova 10 SE EDL Mode Help

Hello,

I can't do EDL Mode for IMEI Repair. It appears in the Android General tab. I did that, no problem. Developer options are open. When I get to Qualcomm Partition, the driver section is empty. COM drive is not visible. What is the reason?

I have a small question. I did step 1 and the new imei was written. imei 1 is full, imei 2 is empty. This imei came directly. How do I change the default IMEI?
