Please fix it once, after this I will never do anything that will cause problems for me and if I do, I will have to pay a fine.

Your dongle was damaged with sharing tool, probably it was eltima or virtualhere.

and be sure you know what sharing tool to disable on your PC to avoid this issue in future.
