Dialn X65 unlock - adb issues

I am currently having ADB issues with the tool that I am unable to rectify, adb is installed on my device. In sim-unlocker tool, the device is shown, when a request is made from the sim-unlocker tool, the device shows no prompt to accept ADB debugging. logs below


Operation : Read Info
Wait For Device : OK
Load Devices List : PLEASE ALLOW USB
Please allow usb debugging on device screen:
