If you want to unlock the bootloader, you can unlock it directly using a supported tool.
If you want to write (flash) the stock firmware, you can use UAT Pro, Unlock Tool, or any professional tool. Go to the MTK section, load the scatter file, and then flash the firmware.

Your work cannot be done using Android Utility. Also, UAT Pro is not available in the free version — it is a paid tool, and you will need to purchase a subscription to use it. For more information, you can visit the official website of UAT Pro.
