after new windows installation chimera tell hardware id is chang how its possible yesterday I install new window but in the evening I reinstall windows 10 with new features to day login chimera and tool tell me my tool attached with other PC

Same PC same hard drive same day window install twice why chimera ask me my licence licence attach with other PC
