Trying to Frp reset Samsung S21 SM-G998B Android 13 Binary 9, chimera reconizing the phone, it goes to TEST MENU emergency code after this the, "allow USB Debugging" not showing or popping up..

Phone does not respond Restart the phone, then try again Test Menu pop up again.

Tried restarting phone and the whole REST FRP LOCK the same issue.

Any help?
