No need to write dump
Erase eMMC then flash pit & bootloder file Only
Remove Isp
Try to enter download mode and full flash it.
Note : Don't forget to write the security partation.

Erase All Emmc after pit bl write only 2small files possible mobile on download mode show yes security backup read but u7 security backup read/ write u4 firmware security partition backup write u7 mobile boot on possile u4 pit. Bl file write boot download mode??
