If that does not help your problem, place the file to your system directory.

By default, this is

C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10).

On a 64bit version of Windows, the default folder for 32bit DLL-files is C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ , and for 64bit dll-files C:\Windows\System32\ .

Make sure to overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).

Reboot your computer.

i update my windows and it solve my problem but updating take all night. and it's 2nd time i know it will happen again to me please will be touch with me. or make any video and upload it on youtube ..

Hello, You pc is infected with virus. Windows re install also wont work if you are using Same Infected drive again. Follow this for permanent fix.
Download Quick heal Total.
Do a Full system scan. Warning It will delete all the infected files so if any imp data keep it separately.
After Full scan Clean you can use Without any error :)
