After convert POT-AL00D to Global 'NO SERVICE'

Phone was ok before convert only was missing playstore. so i downloaded this file "Huawei P Smart 2019 POT-AL00a Remove Demo And Convert To Global Full {Without Credit} (حذف الديمو).zip" from https://support.halabtech.com/index....lder&id=104258

and followed instructions
need sigma box
make test point
choose the correct cpu
write oem file (oeminfo_POT-L21AF_hw_meafnaf)
then write new info
vonder and country
vonder =hw
country=meafnaf
then reboot to upgraed mode amd flash file 1.2.3.4.5.6


phone was changed but there was no service.
any help?
