You install drivers if you don't have them installed, any problem warns, but there is no firmware or backup made by any user of this alcatel model.

Good, it's the official alcatel software, follow the instructions that the program tells you, installed qualcomm drivers.

Good, you have to follow the instructions of the software, if I remember correctly the alcatel download mode is completely off, keys vol- + vol + both at once pressed and we connect the usb cable and in the device manager will have to leave the driver edl mode or qs-usb-9008.
