UMT Assistance Required - UMT Card Update Issue

I hope this message finds you well. I am facing an issue while trying to update my UMT card. Despite having a stable internet connection, I am encountering the error "Error connection problem not response received." I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:

1. Ensured the UMT dongle is connected to a USB 2.0 port directly on the motherboard.
2. Downloaded and used the latest version of the UMT Card Manager from the official source.
3. Installed the necessary drivers (UMT Card, Qualcomm, and MediaTek) correctly.
4. Temporarily disabled my antivirus and firewall.
5. Tried changing the DNS settings and used a VPN.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem? I am happy to provide additional details or screenshots if needed.
