I've tried on three iPhones—two iPhone X and one iPhone 7—but each time I have the same problem: I can't download apps from the App Store. When I enter the new iCloud address, it tells me it hasn't made any purchases yet, so I can't use it and I need to sign in to an address that has already downloaded apps. Please, how can I solve this problem?
